How do I know my size?

Use our size chart on each product page to match your shoe size to the correct SOLE5 insole size. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up. Our insoles can also be trimmed for a perfect fit.

Will they fit in my shoes?

Our Full Length insoles fit most athletic and casual shoes. The Half Length insoles are designed for tighter-fitting shoes like dress shoes, boots, and flats. The Bundle gives you both so you're covered for every pair.

How long do SOLE5 insoles last?

Much like custom orthotics, SOLE5's typically last 12 months depending on activity level. We recommend replacing them when you notice reduced cushioning or support.

Do you offer returns?

Yes we offer returns on unopened products. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we can not return opened packaging.

How fast is shipping?

We offer free shipping Australia and Internationally. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
